Return Window
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us and we will make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days.
If we do not have the item you want in stock, we can issue store credit or a refund.

We will reply with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, Hello Pets will cover the return cost.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and approved.
