What Pet Parents Love About Hello Pets
Hello pets is one of the greatest shops I’ve ever randomly come across. The owner Mohammed is absolutely wonderful and they have gone above and beyond multiple times to make sure that my animals always have their food!
Wanted to get a ginormous lamp chop for my dogs 3rd birthday. I found the site and asked if it could be sent quickly and they did just that. They also included some dog treats and a birthday cookie. Amazing service, so kind and thoughtful to go above and beyond for my little fur baby. I will be shopping there again.
Online orders are great. Fast delivery. Love that they support Canadian products.
Delivery Questions
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Sackville and nearby communities, which is most addresses within about a 30 minute drive of our shop. Check the map above, or add your address at checkout to see if you are in the zone.
What if I order after 1pm?
Orders placed after 1pm go out on our next delivery run, usually the next day. If you need something urgently, give us a call at 902-425-4150 or send us a message and we will do our best to get it to you.
What time will my delivery arrive?
We do our own deliveries, so times can vary. Most deliveries go out between 9am and 9pm.
Do I need to be home?
Not for dry food and other items. We leave them at your door and let you know when they arrive. Frozen food is different: someone needs to be home to receive it, or we can leave it at the door once you confirm that works for you.
How does raw and frozen food delivery work?
After you place your order, we contact you by phone or email to set up a delivery time that works for you. We just ask for a two hour window.
Is delivery free if my order is under $50?
Free delivery starts at $50. For smaller orders, the delivery fee is worked out at checkout based on your distance and what you ordered.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Yes. We deliver seven days a week, holidays included.
What if I live outside the delivery area?
We ship across Canada by courier. Free same day delivery is only available inside our local zone, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Frozen food and cat litter cannot be shipped.
